Date: October 15, 2025

We are pleased to share that our sponsored rider Harry Walker, of Zip Racing was victorious in this years tricky Weston Beach Race – here is the race report:

I had the privilege of winning here back in 2019, but due to a busy schedule focusing on my British and European championship campaigns, I missed out on competing in the following years. However, this year I was kindly invited back to compete, and I was eager to see if I could add another victory to my record.

We were scheduled to race on Saturday, but unfortunately, Storm Amy caused extreme weather conditions, forcing the cancellation of the race. The winds were absolutely fierce, but I must commend the Weston team for their dedication—they worked tirelessly to make the best of the situation. They even organized a “meet and greet” for the spectators who had traveled from near and far.

I had the chance to sit alongside the likes of Todd Kellett, Billy Bolt, Mark McCann, and other influential figures within the sport. It was a great afternoon spent interacting with fans, signing autographs, and sharing stories.

Thankfully, by Sunday, the weather had improved significantly, and the Weston team had worked around the clock to prepare the track and surrounding areas.

To accommodate the changes, the racing schedule was adjusted, and my race was shortened to 1 hour and 30 minutes instead of the usual 3 hours.

I lined up at the start with determination and, after a solid launch, found myself in 3rd position after the first corner. As I hit the dunes, I made some key line choices and managed to move up into 1st place by the end of the first lap.

The second lap proved more challenging as I had to navigate through several backmarkers who were stuck in the sand. However, I stayed focused, kept a steady pace, and successfully managed to maintain my lead for the remainder of the race.

I crossed the finish line with a 1-minute 20-second gap ahead of 2nd place, securing another victory at Weston!

Overall, it was a fantastic result and a privilege to be part of such a well-run and iconic event.

I am now looking ahead to the second round of the French Sand Championship, which will take place on October 18th in Dunkirk.

Thank you once again for your continued support, it truly means the world to me. I’ll be sure to keep you updated on my progress as I gear up for my next race.
